$12 – $15 an hour
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This position will primarily focus on supporting the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, sourcing candidates, and assisting with other administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Assist with drafting and posting job descriptions on job boards and social media
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking records and reports
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Looking for a 3-6 month commitment with 20-30 hours per week
Nonexempt position $12-15/hour paid through third -party payroll agency with taxes withheld
