Position Summary
As an HR Operation Manager, you will plan and support the smooth execution of our goals while enhancing collaboration across the Actriv team. You will be the focal point for making projects happen in that will enable the company to grow and evolve.
Responsibilities
– Implement people programs and/or products to improve the way we do things at a fast-growing company
– Identify gaps in our daily routines and build better processes to improve internal practices and employee experience
– Act as a focal point and manage complex and multi-stakeholders operational projects across the company
– Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Finance, Payroll, HR, etc with the ability to influence and drive our strategy
– Own the delivery and effectiveness of several core HR processes and responsibilities across employee life cycle activities
– Collect and analyze the information as well as develop data-driven solutions focused on improving operational efficiencies
– Support in creating standardized metrics and evaluation processes across HR programs to ensure data-driven approach
– Will own HRIS tools and the payroll process
Requirements
– An HR professional with 5+ years of experience in planning, developing, and implementing HR functions in a fast-paced, heavily matrix, and multicultural environment.
– You understand the multiple facets of HR and have been exposed to a variety of HR functions.
– You are comfortable with participating in strategic and long-term planning but also in executing routine processes.
– Your problem-solving and organizational skills allow you to set the pace and efficiently implement and improve processes.
– You know how to get things done while maintaining a great team spirit. You’re an organized and methodical collaborator by nature, highly analytical, able to influence and align multiple stakeholders, and have excellent communication skills.
– You embrace changes, know how to navigate through uncertainty, and are able to come up with creative solutions that drive our strategy.
