HR Payroll Processor-Corporate Office Location (Bothell)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for payroll processing in Paycom for 1-2 dealership locations.
  • Post accounting entries using Excel spreadsheets per formatted templates.
  • Process all new hires and employee changes.
  • Process miscellaneous accounting tasks per the managers (product cancellations, daily bank reconciliations).
  • Reconcile monthly benefit statements.
  • Update ACA and leaves in HRIS.
  • Monitor annual employee training requirements and track in HRIS system.
  • Assist in various HR and Accounting projects and continuous improvement initiatives as directed by the managers.
  • Provide an exceptional experience for end users.

Qualifications

  • Any equivalent combination of a Bachelor’s degree in related field, or two or more years of directly related experience.
  • Preference given to those with HRIS systems experience, especially with Paycom.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Must enjoy problem solving and analytics.
  • Your interest in learning more about Human Resources is a plus.

Paid Time Off:

  • All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
  • Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date.

Pay: $24-$27 hour
