The Recruiter will work closely with the HR Talent Partner team to determine current and future hiring needs for the YGS Centers of Excellence (COE) and be responsible for recruiting diverse and qualified candidate pools. Responsibilities include developing effective recruitment strategies, managing multiple aspects of full life cycle recruiting, coordinating and attending hiring fairs and researching new ways to actively engage with potential talent and match them to appropriate job opportunities.

Hiring range for this role is $65,500-78,000 DOE
Responsibilities
In addition to the summary above, under direction from the HR Manager, the responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Identify, attract, source and increase pool of candidates for current hiring needs.
- Full life cycle recruiting – posting jobs in ATS and other job boards, sourcing candidates in multiple channels, submitting applicants to the internal ATS, performing initial candidate screenings, conveying applicant information to talent partners, coordinating interviews with hiring managers/candidates/stakeholders, and communicating through the close of the job.
- Use the iCIMS ATS platform as main tool for managing jobs and interacting with active and passive candidates.
- Research and manage the logistics of campus career/job fair events and coordinates branch participation.
- Work directly with talent partners to understand COE hiring needs and key priorities; partner throughout the entire recruiting process (communicating updates, etc.).
- Work directly with recruitment and staffing vendors to ensure strong candidate pools and high visibility of priority roles.
- Qualify candidates in relation to position requirements, as well as provide candidates with detailed information on our organization, compensation package, business strategies, position details, position expectations and mission, goals, and objectives.
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of strategic efforts around recruiting and talent management, resulting in a diverse and well qualified candidate pool that meets our business needs, now and for the future.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for in an applicant
- 2+ years’ experience with candidate sourcing and full life-cycle recruiting
- Experience recruiting high-volume, entry-level positions as well as complex professional/leadership positions.
- Experience using a major ATS (iCIMS preferred)
- Proven leadership of recruitment strategies and tactics to ensure timely and quality fill of roles.
- Well versed in passive search and creative candidate sourcing
- Experience utilizing Boolean search methodology
- Savvy in use of social media for recruiting
- Knowledge of and previous experience with diverse populations (language, culture, race, physical ability, sexual orientation, etc.).
- Ability to speak any language in addition to English.
- Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday with occasional nights and weekends as needed.
- This is a hybrid role with an expectation to be at a YGS facility at least 2 days per week, and at least 2 days a week remote, from home or your choice of location.

- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
