What You’ll Do:

The Human Resources Representative will partner with the Human Resource Manager and plant management to develop employee capabilities and improves the performance of plant operations by facilitating the implementation of key HR initiatives. The incumbent showcases his/her communication and employee relations expertise to ensure that the plant team demonstrates the Company’s values and continues to develop the skill level of its workforce. As a member of the Human Resources team, the Human Resource Representative reports to the Human Resources Manager.

  • Executes on HR administrative duties such as payroll, legal compliance and application of FMLA, ADA, salary administration, benefits, workers compensation, and safety
  • Participates in the hourly recruiting and staffing workforce
  • Partners with functional areas within the plant to ensure integrity of the employee relations process

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
  • 3 or more years of generalist HR experience with exposure to employee relations, performance management, union avoidance, compensation, benefits administration, training and development, and recruitment.
  • Experience working in a heavy manufacturing environment, preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Wage Disclaimers:

Salary + Bonus: The expected pay range for this position is between $81,000 and $98,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, market conditions, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position qualifies for benefits which may also include a discretionary bonus.
