We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Partner to join our North America HR Solutions team. The HR Solutions SRM Partner will play a crucial role in partnership with HR Solutions Contract Owners and Procurement, in developing and managing strategic supplier relationships within the HR function. This role will focus on optimizing the value delivered by HR suppliers, mitigating risks, and enhancing overall supplier performance.
This position is elgible for a Hybrid work schedule (3 or more days in office a week) and will be based out of our Davidson, NC location
Responsibilities:
Supplier Relationship Management:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive SRM strategy for HR Solutions suppliers.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal contract owners, Category Management/Procurement, and key suppliers.
• Act as project manager, as needed, to support supplier evaluation and selection processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define supplier requirements and selection criteria.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against predefined metrics and key performance indicators.
• Engage Procurement when needed and manage Supplier Corrective Action Report (SCAR) process
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and manage performance improvement initiatives in partnership with Procurement.
Contract Management:
• Monitor contract compliance and manage contract renewals and amendments.
• Identify opportunities for contract optimization and cost savings.
Issue Resolution and Dispute Management:
• Act as the primary project manager for addressing and resolving any issues or disputes with HR suppliers.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders and suppliers to find mutually beneficial solutions.
• Escalate critical issues or disputes to appropriate levels of management and engage Procurement Category Management when necessary.
Supplier Development and Innovation:
• Collaborate with suppliers to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in HR Solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and value creation in supplier relationships.
• Provide feedback and insights to suppliers to enhance their service quality and capabilities.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Collect and analyze supplier performance data (including VOC) to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards on supplier performance, contract compliance, and cost analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and management (including Procurement).
Corporate Programs Management:
• Support North America Employee Service Awards recognition program and administration.
• Support Fitness Reimbursement program.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Procurement, or Vendor Management
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, processes, and supplier landscape.
• Advanced project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
Base Compensation Range is $60,000 to $145,500
