An Addison Group client is looking for a HRBP to join their team in the Philadelphia suburbs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Assist with HR processes across products (performance calibration, compensation, and promotions).
  • Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to the organization.
  • Assist and present with value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
  • Educate managers on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions.
  • Prepare job descriptions for the HR and department leadership for review.
  • Review, screen, schedule, and interview applicants for the organization
  • Draft offer letters for the Human Resources Manager department managers to review.
  • Submit offer letters and other documents to future employees.
  • Send on-boarding new hire paperwork to candidates and ensure documents are completed and signed.
  • Conduct new employee orientation monthly.
  • Scan documents into employee’s electronic files.
  • Assist with the on-boarding process of new hires and ensure all new employees are properly equipped.
  • Stay abreast of legal compliance throughout human resources best practices.
  • Provide a positive work environment.
  • Report to the Human Resources Manager of roadblocks and provide solution-based recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business
  • Certifications not required, but strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
