Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of HRIS manager within the Global HRIS team to support the employee lifecycle within a Successfactors oriented landscape. Experience in multiple processes/modules is required with a primary focus on Successfactors modules with a particular focus on Employee Central, Role Based Permissions and Reporting (ad hoc, canvas and advanced)
- Assist in IT project initiatives supporting the HR department to continually improve the HRIS experience. Agile project methodology background is a plus
- Help analyze the needs of the IGT Stakeholders and implement best system practices that meet their requirements
- Assist in internal support requests related to Employee Central, Compensation, and Talent modules
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, HR, or equivalent
- 3+ years experience within an HRIS role. Experience in a consulting company is a plus
- Good knowledge of Successfactors system and platforms. Proven hands-on on SAP Successfactors system.
- Successfactors associate certifications for Employee Central
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors Integration Center configuration and support is a plus
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, IT Security and best practice
- Multinational experience is a plus

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $54,500 – $105,00. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
