We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Administrator to join our Facilities Human Resources team. The HR Administrator I role is responsible for administering and coordinating various human resources programs and projects, acting as a liaison between Facilities Human Resources and operating departments in the Facilities Division.
To administer Human Resources Partner (HRP) related programs and projects for faculty, staff, and trainees within an assigned college/school/department/division/center/institute in coordination with the Office of Human Resources. To serve as the liaison to the Office of Human Resources and/or the Dean’s office for most administrative human resources related transactional matters. To coordinate departmental human resources actions and ensure proper processing of paperwork. Perform other duties as assigned.
Hourly Salary Range: $19.80 – $32.15
Qualifications
Preferred candidates will have demonstrated experience in providing HR services, supporting business leaders, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance HR practices. Proficiency in administrative tasks such as HRIS processing and employee database management is desirable. Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive continuous improvement and best practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education experience.
