POSITION SUMMARY
We seek a Human Resource Generalist who has experience with compensation administration to join and support our Human Resources team and contribute to the overall excellence of work from Olson Kundig.
Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field. (May substitute additional experience for degree)
- 5+ years in Human Resources and at least 3 years of experience performing compensation administration
- Demonstrated competency in understanding standard compensation principles, practices, and strategies, including job evaluation and salary benchmarking.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations, such as FLSA, pay equity laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- A minimum of three years’ experience performing compensation administration, preferably in a medium to large-sized professional services firm.
- Adaptable self-starter who can prioritize and complete multiple projects and tasks with little guidance in a creative and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience managing the immigration petition process.
- Professional certification in compensation or human resources.

Benefits
At the time of posting this job, the hiring range for this position in Seattle is between $70,000 and $83,000 annually. Final salary decisions are made based upon the candidate’s education and experience and considering internal equity and external market factors.
