Requirements
Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, leadership management or related field; four years of professional experience in human resources, organizational development or management with human resources responsibility. Education requirement can be fulfilled by 4 or more years of experience in related field.
Preferred Job Requirements:
Experience working in a public library; experience in core skills training with emphasis on customer service; professional experience in needs assessment, training and delivery; course and program design and development.
