The Opportunity

As a HR Shared Services Coordinator, you are a member of the HR Service Center, supporting processing transactions within the Human Capital Management system. You may respond to employee inquiries, identify issues, and triage to the appropriate Center of Excellence (COE) or other areas. This role also prepares onboarding for all new hires into the organization. This position is temporary, expected to last 3 months and may be part-time.

Core Responsibilities

  • Onboards all new hires into system. Collects required paperwork and completes quality check to maintain compliance.
  • Processes all employment verification requests. Ensures data integrity and company policy is upheld when delivering information to outside parties.
  • Coordinates logistics for new hires, ensures new hires are processed properly on their first day.
  • Process transactions in the HCM to include terminations, supervisor changes, hours changes, etc.
  • May respond to employee requests received through online ticketing system
  • Other duties as assigned

This position offers an anticipated annual base salary range of approximately $38,000 to $50,000, and may vary by ten percent depending on candidate geographic location. Salary offers are made based on internal equity and market analysis.
