HR Recruiter II: $56,700.00 – $72,100.00
HR Recruiter III: $75,200.00 – $92,200.00

HR Recruiter
Beast Code is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources Department. This fine specimen of a human being will be responsible for managing our full cycle recruitment process. We’re looking for a candidate with strong people development skills to help identify, interview, and evaluate potential hires. The HR Recruiter will play an important role in attracting, hiring, and retaining the most qualified employees.
You will be working directly with Beast Code leadership, so your ability to communicate is just as important as your recruiting skills. The HR Recruiter will have experience with various job interview formats and help Beast Code recruit more effectively. If strong organization and follow-up skill sets are your thing, we’d like to meet you.
Human Resources Recruiter I
Work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.
Human Resources Recruiter II
Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
Human Resources Recruiter III
Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Typically requires 4-7 years of related experience.
Human Resources Recruiter IV
Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Typically requires 7+ years of related experience.
As an HR Recruiter, typical duties include:
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Hosting Beast Academy (new hire orientation)
- Host and attend job fairs.
- Collaborates with company leadership to draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria to deeply understand requirements of the role and how it fits into the organization.
- Identifies and implements effective recruiting methods based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Screens resumes and selects qualified candidates to interview.
- Facilitates interview and hiring discussions with the hiring leads.
- Assists with the interview process and conducts interviews with company leadership.
- Researches industry standard salary ranges and benefit packages.
- Collaborates with company leadership during the offer process to identify salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
You should bring these skills to the table:
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
Other Requirements:
- Due to the nature of our work, it is mandatory that you are a U.S. Citizen and able to comply with Government regulations.
- Successfully complete background check and maintain a valid USA driver’s license
