Role description:
Arcadis is looking for engineers and designers to support our expanding services offering within the Department of Energy and the Renewable Energy Market Sectors. This position will be part of an expanding team in either Greenville, SC. Successful candidates will be directly engaged with our client developing detailed design documentation and coordination with the various design teams.
Must be located in the Greenville, SC area, or be willing to travel to Greenville, SC weekly to work on site at an Arcadis client location.
Role accountabilities:
The HVAC Design Specialist will have proficiency in computer aided design (CAD) with demonstrated experience with computer aided drafting applications to originate and produce drawings with minimum supervision. This role requires 3D modeling experience, with S3D preferred. In this role, you will read, interpret, and generate design drawings and you will walk down field systems with minimal guidance, interpret field direction, generate minor design details, create new drawings, modify existing drawings, and direct junior drafters.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate degree in engineering or related discipline
- 10 years of relevant experience in drafting related to Engineering and Construction (nuclear preferred)

The salary range for this position is $63720.00 – $95580.00.
