Job Overview:
The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is seeking an experienced professional to serve as the the agency’s Learning and Development Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serves as manager for the Employee Learning, Performance and Development Team.
- Supervises direct reports; directs and evaluates the work of others.
- Acts as organizational development leader, coordinator, and facilitator for learning and organizational change events.
- Collaborates with ODM Senior Leadership and management staff to identify skill gaps and develop solutions.
- Identifies, develops, and delivers effective learning solutions for agency staff, bureaus, and teams.
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining data analytics and data management on state learning management system, Ohio Learn.
- Manages the Performance Management Program (ePerformance Management System).
- Provides coaching and resources to supervisors in navigating the Performance Management Process.
- Manages the Internal Policy and Procedures development and implementation process for the agency.
- Develops, implements, and analyzes data using survey instruments, such as Survey Monkey and Microsoft Forms.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
-Completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration; and 24 months of experience in human resources which includes 12 months of experience in supervisory &/or management principles & techniques.
-Or 4 years experience in human resources.
-Or 12 months experience as Human Capital Management Senior Analyst, 64613.
-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
