Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with problem resolution which includes working service requests with 3rd party vendors
- Production support for month end close
- Manage support ticket queues and work with or assign to Application Manager to resolve
- Document, maintain and execute test scripts
- Maintain ERP documentation, BR100s and user documentation
- Develop process flows and make recommended process changes
- Train targeted user groups on system and process changes
- Conduct and/or participate in end-to-end testing cycles

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in closely related field or relevant experience
Minimum 3 years related experience
Ability to successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment
Understands the integration of the people, processes and technology needed to implement change
High aptitude for managing and solving tactical issue
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Relevant module experience in functional or technical working knowledge for modules/ areas within the thread. Can have expertise in a specific module/ area (Oracle EBS R12)

The expected compensation range for this position is $56,592 – $93,610 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
