The Single Family Housing Office uses available funding to deliver programs and resources that expand access to homeownership opportunities for first-time homebuyers and low- to moderate-income households throughout Ohio. The Office also promotes and fosters the sustainability of homeownership through programs and resources within and outside OHFA.

What You’ll Do:

The Office of Single Family Housing, Residential Lending Division is looking for a dedicated individual who will:

  • Manage pipeline of real estate loan files
  • Respond to lender contact requesting status of files with past due dates
  • Work with lenders to reserve loans
  • Handle incoming mail and post payments
  • As assigned, assists other support staff with necessary tasks

Hybrid Work: Upon completion of training & in compliance with our current teleworking policy, this position reports to OHFA’ s offices two days a week & may be eligible to work from an alternative work location three days a week. OHFA’s offices are located at 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus, OH 43231.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must clearly demonstrate how they meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • 1 year training OR 1 year experience in secretarial science or business office applications.
