We are currently seeking a IAM Administrator to join our team in Washington (100% REMOTE), District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).
Job Duties:
- Provide Identity, Credential and Access Management for CONUS and OCONUS users
- Utilize Active Directory to create and management network accounts, security groups and distribution lists
- Create, modify and maintain PIV-A accounts
- Monitor compliance for privileged user role-based access control (RBAC)
- Utilize Access Control Lists (ACLs) for granting folder/file access permissions
- Utilize MS Exchange (on-prem) to create and manage email accounts
- Conducts Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations as needed
- Provide onsite support during security audits
- Work in a Windows-based environment and utilize Microsoft Office Suite
- Attends and participates within the Change Control Board/Change Approval Board (CCB/CAB) meetings as needed
- Author, document and maintain repeatable processes and procedures as SOPs
- Interface with Agency stakeholders and users to develop trust relationships, resolve problems and ensure requirements are met
- Responsible to fully document assigned tickets to show all work performed in order to pass SLRs
- Responsible to create, track, and work to resolution Normal and Standard job related Change Requests
- Flexibility to work nights or weekends if needed
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience utilizing Active Directory services
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience utilizing MS Exchange
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Certificate Authority (CA) Service and Root Certificate Authority
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience with Access Control Lists (ACLs)
- Minimum 2 years of experience with mandatory PIV enforcement and PIV-based certificates
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of direct experience utilizing MS Azure
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and technical skills
- Ability to prioritize and effectively work multiple tasks
- Self-starter and able to work independently or in a group
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is [$45,300 – $106,100]. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
