The Worldwide Customer Engagement Team (CET) brings together the best executive engagement programs and assets within Microsoft – including our Executive Briefing Centers (EBC), Industry Experience Center (IEC), global Experience Centers and Microsoft Technology Centers (MTC) to deliver world-class customer experiences with the goal of leading our customers through their digital transformation journey. As part of the Customer Engagement team, we are responsible for defining the customer experience and engaging our top strategic and enterprise customers with compelling content and programming to help them achieve their desired business outcomes. The Customer Engagement Team programs are our key showcase areas for demonstrating Microsoft’s thought-leadership in industry and how we are empowering customers to digitally transform.
We are looking to hire an Immersive Experiences lead to join our team. In this role, you will be a self-starter with an ability to build partnerships. You will have excellent project management skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You must be able to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and deliver independently on both strategic and tactical program initiatives. Organizational skills are key as well comfortable establishing processes and guidelines, collaborative, and able to work individually and collectively with the Immersive Experiences (IE) team and as a cross-functional partner and thought leader.
In this role you will be responsible for delivering Immersive Experiences that come to life in 3D (three-dimensional), interactive experiences for the CET Briefing Program. You will work closely with cross functional teams and stakeholders to regularly review Experience Center strategies, identify gaps in offerings and recommend solutions, and educate stakeholders on the value of Immersive Experience and how they align to Solutions and Industries.
Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of program/project management experience for a technology company or technology provider.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of Program Management or experiential design experience
- Program strategy and operational excellence, with demonstrated strategic planning ability.
- Comprehensive project management skills with proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and ability to design and optimize new processes and solutions.
- Problem solving and escalation management in a complex environment.
- Experience managing budgets.
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
Business Program Management IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 – $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 – $195,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
- Looking for a creative producer candidate, who will partner closely with Site Directors, Envisioning Specialists, cross functional teams, and key industry stakeholders on designing and deploying immersive experiences at scale both virtually and for our various customer centers globally.
- Define and implement processes and cadence for keeping experiences up to date and in alignment with industry priorities and solution offerings.
- Partner with the broader Customer Engagement Team on A/V, content management, and technology strategy as it relates to experiences.
- Provide communications of updates, process changes, experience announcements and significant wins that occur in the business.
- Participate in Quarterly Business Conversations with the IE team for executive leadership and stakeholders.
