Implementation Coordinator/Project Coordinator- On Site Chicago

What You’ll Do:

The Implementation department’s role at ShopperTrak is to execute projects flawlessly for our clients. Working with clients from all over the country and in Canada, the Implementation department deploys and installs traffic counting equipment for a list of over 1200 different clients, all with the goal of providing the best possible traffic data. The Project Manager/Implementation Coordinator will support the Installation and Technical support teams by project managing smaller projects and scheduling and following up on 3rd party installers for clients for their new store installations, remodels, relocations and store closures. Responsibilities include:

1. Monitoring and reporting on service providers, service call expectations, and service provider performance to ShopperTrak management.

2. Effectively plan, execute, monitor and control, and close projects using principles, methods, and standard techniques that are appropriate to the specific project.

3. Manage a project including issue/risk identification and resolution, change management, reporting and internal/external communication, metrics, etc.

4. Identify, document, and prioritize project change requests and facilitate approval process. Re-plan as necessary based on changes.

5. Serving as the primary owner of all client related implementation information.

6. Scheduling service provider installations and visiting as well as post-installation follow-up.

7. Participating in service provider wrap-up meetings after large installation roll-outs.

8. Entering and maintaining a client data system

9. Reviewing and analyzing service provider deliverables to ensure a seamless installation

10. Collaborating and problem solving with Implementation Analysts when technicians are in the field

11. Budgeting installation costs and provide quotes to clients for requested projects.

12. Proactively managing project task lists for client requests/orders

13. Learning full cycle of Implementation process to assist other teams as needed. This could include, assembly, shipping, receiving, technician calls, or validation.

14. Other duties, as assigned.

Hybrid on site 3 days per week in Chicago.

Required Skills & Experience

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

* Customer Service experience

* Positive customer service attitude required.

* Strong organization skills, time management and attention to detail

* Cooperative and willing to assist others.

* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment and build relationships.

* Proficiency in a scheduling tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

* Process oriented and ability to multitask.

* Strong verbal and written communications skills, including documentation of findings and recommendations.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* BA/BS degree preferred.

* Remedy experience

* PMP experience

* Experience in call center
