Position Description:

CGI is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee and manage network operations, enterprise services support, engineering, and applications support activities at a Government Agency. Candidate will join a team of network engineers, technical engineers, and security analysts providing support for a large federal agency. Candidate will be responsible for providing project management support, implementing processes to support implementation management of enterprise services and solutions, developing and maintaining project schedules and progress tracking, developing service migration and implementation strategies and methodologies, identifying and managing technical, operational, business, and financial risk, and developing quality management reports and project management documents.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Significant implementation planning and project management experience.
• Experience managing network operations supporting enterprise services and applications.
• Experience managing engineering taskwork and approvals.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules and tracking progress status.
• Experience interfacing directly with clients; managing issue resolution, and negotiation.
• Experience providing technical consulting and engineering support to government program and project managers
• Experience analyzing network systems and develops technical documentation.
• Comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
• Significant experience and comfort facilitating meetings, working sessions, and group presentations.
• Strong analytic thinking skills.
• Strong writing skills and prior experience developing agendas, minutes, presentations, and briefing materials.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Required:
Demonstrated project and systems implementation management experience is required. This individual shall have at least 5 years’ experience successfully participating with similar projects in the public sector. Experience working in IT and WAN/LAN, Voice/VoIP, TIC/MTIPS and/or Cybersecurity Technology experience and substantial IT/Network project experience. A bachelor’s degree in information systems management, engineering or related field. Project Management Professional certification is required.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $66,300 – $127,700.
