Availability on 2nd and 3rd Shift
Pay : $18.25/hour
Responsibilities
IML Technicians are a special operator. We have molding machines that are able to take the product label and attach it to the container or drink cup during the molding process. As an IML Tech you will learn how to:
- Load the machine with labels and monitor the machine to keep it running and moving efficiently.
- Conduct final quality check and ensure that we are shipping high quality products to our customers.
- Lead the process for label changes as needed.
- Keeping a clean work environment, clearing jams, and assisting with maintaining the machines through preventative maintenance.
- Evaluate the machines for down time and efficiency and help address/correct any issues.
Qualifications
We are looking for dependable and safety conscious people. Making it to work when scheduled is essential to us meeting customers’ needs. Being here also helps with getting a full paycheck, earning additional paid time off, and getting bonuses.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience and proficiency as an inspector/packer is preferred.
- Ability to communicate and troubleshoot issues with others is required.
- Walking, standing, climbing and descending stairs, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 35 pounds.
- Must be able to distinguish color variations and detecting defects.
