Starting Hourly Pay: $16.30

Job Description

The Inbound Telephone Representative (ITR) for NATIVE HEALTH is part of the team that provides healthcare services to our community. The ITR greets inbound callers in a friendly welcoming manner, assists the caller through transferring calls to the appropriate team members, answering questions, and providing general information. The Inbound Telephone Representative is supervised by the Executive Assistant to the CEO.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Answer high volume of incoming telephone calls in a professional and polite manner with a quick response rate.
  2. Transfer calls to the appropriate NATIVE HEALTH team members.
  3. Provide information about NATIVE HEALTH services
  4. Supports the organization as needed

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  2. One year experience in the customer service field.
  3. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
  4. Possess a valid and unrestricted Arizona driver’s license (within 30 days of hire if applicant is from out-of-state) with no DUI/DWI or reckless driving convictions in the last five years. No more than two at-fault accidents in the last three years. Must maintain a valid AZ driver license during employment. Must be insurable by NATIVE HEALTH liability auto policy
  5. Must pass a criminal background check with a Class I Fingerprint Clearance Card within the initial ninety calendar days of employment.
  6. Must submit to a random testing during the course of employment.
  7. Must have an updated Immunization (IZ) Record. If required, you will be asked to provide proof of full vaccination upon your start date.
  8. Must submit a recent report of Tuberculosis (TB) skin test upon employment and provide a TB skin annually.
  9. Must obtain a CPR Card within ninety (90) calendar days of employment and maintain a valid CPR card during employment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  1. Ability to provide a positive team-oriented environment.

  3. Proficient knowledge of telephone operation.
  4. A positive thinker.
  5. A helpful nature
  6. Proficient with computer-based applications such as MS Office, Adobe, and financial applications.
