Your role at Sephora:
As part of the Indirect Procurement function sub-team, this Senior Procurement Manager role will act as an SME to deliver both business-as-usual support and projects for the Indirect Procurement function across multiple countries so Source and Purchase. The role scope includes sourcing and category process improvements, embedding the Indirect Procurement policy, supporting spend analytics performance, compliance reporting, procurement content development, and maintenance, and providing help and support to our sourcing team(s).
Reporting to the Director of Indirect Procurement, you must be able to use experiences to deliver value to key stakeholders and be recognized as a partner to influence business decisions. In addition, you will:
- Provide leadership to implement, streamline, and automate the Source to Pay processes and systems in US & Canada, keeping the self-service end-user experience in mind.
- Implement, improve, and automate spend analytics quality and end-user experience across our Source to Pay platform and integrated systems.
- Implement and improve the supplier-facing website and procurement intranet content creation and maintenance.
- Driving procurement-related content improvements, including but not limited to catalog content creation and maintenance in working with the Strategic Sourcing CoE.
- Enabling streamlined end-to-end self-service with optimized buying channels to improve end-user experience.
- Monitoring of the supplier maintenance process.
- Identification of preferred suppliers and the ongoing management of the program.
- Compliance reporting both on internal Procurement and business user behavior and trends
- Alignment with Finance and Sourcing CoE to generate Requisition checking playbooks/category cards and drive Procurement related objectives.
- Maintenance and reporting against category strategies and sourcing initiatives, including business user feedback surveys.
- Projects and activities to support the delivery of key transformational projects in alignment with the Indirect Procurement roadmap.
- Support revisions and implementation of global commodity codes with category mapping to support a portfolio of Source to Pay projects across the Indirect category leaders.
- Analyze and perform impact assessment to improve spend under management and support adoption.
- As a Procurement SME, provide leadership to upgrade and maintain our current Global ERP platform (SAP) and Source to Pay Platform (Coupa), focusing on Third Party Risk Management, Relationship Management, Policies, and SOPs management.
- Participate actively to improve Sephora’s Source to Pay Processes, Policies, Automation, Sustainability, Supplier Diversity, and 3rd party Risk goals.

We’re excited about you if you have:
- 5+ years of corporate/retail level purchasing experience
- 10+ years of Indirect purchasing experience with Source to Purchase
- Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change quickly.
- Experience with Preferred Suppliers, 3rd party risk, and supplier diversity programs.
- A proven track record of cost reduction and productivity improvements.
- Ability to influence and drive change while building solid relationships with your internal clients and external suppliers.
- Excellent project and timeline management skills to manage Req to Check process to streamline the Procurement & Sourcing process.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience and skill as a negotiator with the utilization of flexible strategies.
- Ability to successfully influence both internal and external partners.
- Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, and interpersonal. Experience interfacing with senior-level stakeholders.
- Pacific US time zone operating hours are required, but the role will interact with Canada and Europe as required.
- Advanced Excel, Source to Pay (Coupa), and ERP (SAP/S4H) skills (required).
The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 – $128,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
