Play a vital role in ensuring our equipment and facilities are running efficiently. Your expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and ordering parts will be essential in maintaining our high standards of quality. With this position, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work and make a real impact on our operations.
Highlights of your role:
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized work area
- Providing good quality service including, but not limited to:
- Timely support
- Root cause determination
- Good follow-up on issues
- Appropriately planning work, looking at all priorities including, but not limited to:
- Coordinating with production & leadership (ie. looking ahead at schedule)
- Focusing on equipment follow-up issues, PM’s, and work orders
- Making sure the following shifts are set up to be successful
- Ordering parts and repairs as needed
- Supporting operations by accurately maintaining equipment
- Providing crisis support
- Performing line start-up checks
- Assisting production on set up and adjustments as needed
- Monitoring and working towards reducing scrap, non-conformance, and downtime due to equipment issues
- Monitor and maintain facility equipment
- Implementing improvements to equipment, processes, methods, etc.
Schedule: 6:30 AM – 6:45 PM
- The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat).
- Work 7 out of 14 days!
Pay:Effective hourly rate: $30-38 /hr
-Rate includes: Base pay + 20% Night-Shift Premium + $ 4.00-weekend premium

Plus earn a $4,000 sign-on bonus!
You’re a good fit if you have:
- Two-year technical degree or equivalent Industrial Maintenance experience with no degree
- Detail Oriented
- Electrical and Mechanical skills
- Experience preferred but will train
- Electrical Competency and Safety Authorization Form completed and signed
