Influencer & Partnerships Strategist

We are seeking a talented Influencer & Partnerships Strategist with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about influencer marketing and have a proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer campaigns, we want to hear from you.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and brand positioning.
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify suitable influencers, creators and partnerships that align with client goals across various social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Develop data-driven influencer and partnerships marketing strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to inform influencer and partnership strategies.
- Influencer Identification and Outreach:
- Utilize influencer research tools and platforms to identify potential influencers and creators for campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and creators, negotiating partnerships and contracts.
- Craft compelling pitches and communications to engage influencers and secure their participation.
- Campaign Management:
- Create detailed campaign briefs outlining objectives, deliverables, messaging, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to align campaign visuals and messaging with influencer strategies.
- Liaise with paid media team to maximize performance of partner posts.
- Oversee the execution of influencer, creator and partnership campaigns, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments for optimization.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Develop comprehensive reports to measure the effectiveness of influencer campaigns against established KPIs.
- Provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns based on performance data.
- Continuously refine influencer strategies based on campaign learnings and industry trends.
- Client Communication:
- Present influencer strategies and campaign results to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with clients throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Address client feedback and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Here’s what you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing and digital strategy within a digital agency or similar environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing platforms, tools, and trends.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with influencers and partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

NYC Salary Range: $58k – $75k
