Job Title: Informatica Lead developer (Onsite)
Role/Responsibilities:
§ Need an Informatica/Informatica DEI Tech Lead with strong functional knowledge.
§ Able to analyze and modify existing data pipeline (ETL/ELT) to correct errors allow it to adapt to new data pipeline (ETL/ELT) or to improve its performance.
§ Diagnose performance issues and make recommendations.
§ Involve in all phases of SDLC from requirements gathering, architecture, design, development, testing and data migration.
§ Document the database environment.
§ Assist IT management with administrative policies and procedures related to technical problem resolution and priority management that relate to system support and maintenance.
§ Working closely with clients’ technicians and managerial staff.
§ Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
§ Managing projects, developing project plans and monitoring performance.
§ Managing competing resources and priorities.
§ Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Required Qualifications:
§ 6 to 10 years of experience
§ Significant experience with Informatica/Informatica DEI.
§ Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with teams at varying levels of the organization
§ Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision.
Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position is between $95,000 – $105,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
