Are you skilled at influencing strategy through data analytics, and passionate about developing strong acumen across a team of BI professionals? We’re looking for an Informatics Lead to level up our CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy Consulting team thru training, development, and operational execution. In this role, you’ll provide resources, structure, and accountability to empower our analytics team to deliver clear insights and meaningful stories from data, which will help guide Specialty Pharmacy leaders toward clear strategies to strengthen and grow the business.

Responsibilities

The Informatics Lead is a key partner within Humana’s Pharmacy Analytics and Consulting (PAC) team. With your advanced knowledge of data, modeling, optimization, and tools, you’ll apply disciplined analytics to predict outcomes and optimize programs to maximize revenue growth. The individual in this high-profile position will support a team of associates focused on providing actionable business insights, leveraging SQL, SAS, Power BI, and other technologies to help business partners form data-driven decisions.

Success in this role means advancing acumen/ability across all associates and driving effective strategic roadmap execution. This is an opportunity to collaborate with key Pharmacy decision makers and PAC colleagues to solve challenges, optimize revenue growth strategies, and establish sales goals through analytics. You’ll innovate and use independent judgment to best resource our team to develop analytics and forecasts, advising on strategies to drive increased sales and grow the pharmacy. You will use your expertise in working with large data sets, exploring detailed analytics, presenting visual insights, and consulting with other leaders to mentor and develop an innovative, solutions-oriented analytics team.

Required Qualifications

  • Skilled communicator with experience upskilling other associates both technically and in business acumen
  • Humbly confident driving shared accountability in either formal or informal leadership role
  • Master’s degree and 4+ years of experience in analytical roles
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for driving roadmap to develop deeper analytics
  • Organized and detail-oriented influencer, comfortable advising leaders and technical professionals
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, while able to make decisions independently
  • Advanced experience in SAS, SQL, and Power BI (or similar technologies), including work with complex data sets
  • Demonstrated ability leveraging data to solve a wide variety of business problems and guide strategic direction, with experience analyzing, forecasting, and modeling data to establish business goals
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity working with pharmacy or PBM data
  • Track record of successfully coaching/mentoring others
  • Experience consulting on sales data
  • Six Sigma certification

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$104,800 – $144,300 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
