• Act as a vital member of the local IS Support Team, leveraging exceptional customer service skills and technical expertise to analyze and resolve technology requests. Ensure alignment with the site’s business strategy.
• Responsible for the installation, integration, testing, performance monitoring, and retirement of computer systems and software products. This includes managing a diverse range of devices such as PCs, workstations, servers, MFDs, and LANs within a multi-client, multi-vendor software/hardware environment.
• Develop, define, and maintain standardized installation and upgrade methodologies to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Oversee the seamless integration of software systems with hardware configurations and application systems used at the site.
• Provide technical guidance related to the operating envronment to all members of the business staff
• Perform other related duties as required
• Work with North American Workplace lead to resolve failure of OS/Patch or client rollouts, and recommending improvements to avoid re-occurrence of the same problem.
• Be the local on-site expert on standard peripheral configuration, which includes boardroom/meeting PCs, Standard printers/plotters, Multi-display configurations and Video card recommendations, Engineering Workstation configurations.
• Work with North American Infrastructure lead to resolve failures of backup or server infrastructure.

Experience/Education/Certification Required
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or Business (MIS) or related discipline
• OR Associate degree in Computer Science and/or 4 or more years of directly related IT work experience in lieu of the degree
• PC imaging and Windows configuration using Microsoft SCCM/Windows 10
• Windows Server experience
• Vcenter/Vsphere experience
• PowerShell, PERL, Python, SSH, REST, PSEXEC, xCMD, BASH, BOSH (proficient in one or more)
• Experience with Dell Networker and Scalar i3 Tape Library or similar backup storage/software a plus
• Experience with NetApp or similar storage devices a plus.
