We are in search of service-oriented individuals to assist our agents during their field visits.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our financial advisors to organize a wide range of appointments, leveraging our expanding customer base. Additionally, you will offer diverse administrative support. These are outbound calls. No Cold calling.

Requirements
- Organized, solid professional
- Great telephone etiquette and articulation
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, agent sales support
- Ability to handle objections and overcome them based on training tools and scripting objectives
- An incredible work ethic and show up to work every day on time
- Familiarity with Windows-based programs
- Work independently while being a team player.
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Benefits
Our compensation package includes:
- Hourly plus commission $31,200 – $42,000
- W-2 Compensation paid weekly
- Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance after 90 Days
