Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Work directly with clients to develop basic living skills included but not limited to- assisting with budgeting, house cleaning, and grocery shopping, scheduling and attending appointments.
- Records case notes regarding visitation and other child related activity accurately and objectively and in a timely manner.
- Completes time sheets, mileage sheets, vouchers with receipts, and other appropriate forms within three working days of the end of the month.
- Provides transportation of clients to clinics, hospitals, schools, psychological appointments, and other case related activities as required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
