Integrated Campaigns Mgr

The Integrated Campaigns Manager will have a proven track record of developing and executing global integrated marketing communication and campaigns that build awareness, generate leads and accelerate pipeline opportunities. Partnering with corporate brand marketing, product and content marketers and sales, develops omni channel integrated marketing communication strategy and implementation plans.

  • Manage the execution elements of the optimal IMC mix including advertising, web marketing, collateral, case studies, partner success deliverables, videos, events, demos, PR, broadcasts/webinars, digital, social media, demand gen, thought leadership, influencer, etc.
  • Collaborate with all customer-facing teams for effective execution and optimization of marketing campaigns across national, regional and local markets
  • Manage campaign roadmap, milestones, deliverables and results across functions.
  • Develop sales and partner tools that support a cohesive representation of our solutions
  • Work cross functionally to build sales and partner engagement in marketing programs
  • Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders across marketing to lead and make adjustment to campaign and content strategy across all channels
  • Gather, analyze and report key performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness

Salary Range $81500 – $133167 / yearly

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism or related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing programs, campaigns and/or communications
  • Strong marketing communication skills across digital, social and traditional media, content marketing, marketing automation, lead generation, event marketing, including management of multi-layer campaigns
  • Proven ability to build integrated marketing communications campaigns
  • Experience with sales facing organization, including sales enablement programs
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to work cross functionally to build strategy
  • Proven success in delivering measurable results that support sales and brand building priorities
  • Proven writing and proofreading skills
  • Proven success combining creative and critical thinking skills to create accurate forecasts and implement programs on time, within budget, and in support of strategic goals and objectives
  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant B2B technology marketing experience, primarily in telecommunication, technology, and/or start-up companies
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to wear multiple hats with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality
  • Prior experience tackling ambiguous complex problems in a changing marketplace and creating effective solutions/responses
  • MBA Preferred
