Our work depends on a Master Scheduler joining our team to support Federal EHR Modernization program activities. This a remoted-based role. Candidate must live in the U.S.
At GDIT, we put our people first. As a PMO Integrated IT Master Scheduler supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) modernization program, you will be trusted to be the primary point of contact and develop and integrated master schedule for a large Federal program under the guidance of a PMO. In this role, a typical day will include:
- Developing, creating, analyzing, and maintaining an integrated Master IT schedule for large IDIQ program with supporting Task Orders.
- Establishing a standardized work breakdown structure that enables full integration of multiple Microsoft Project Task Order integrated schedules.
- Ensuring all milestones and internal/external dependencies are identified, logged and monitored.
- Reviewing and analyzing government and contractor program schedule (duration, activity constraints, relationships, critical path) to highlight variances and potential schedule risks.
- Collaborating with Program managers and Task order managers in receive inputs to update master integrated schedules.
- Leading the documentation, coordination, validation, approval, reporting, and configuration control of schedule and cost baselines.
- Participating in meeting to collect any inputs from subcontractors.
- Providing Task Order schedule updates for the Monthly and Weekly integrated Status Reports
- Providing assessment of impacts of proposed revisions to the Program Schedules and Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s Degree and + 5 years of experience in IT Project Scheduling using MS Project
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.
PREFERRED:
- PMI certified PMP and PMI-SP highly desirable.
- Integrated Master Scheduling experience
- EHR Implementation scheduling or Health IT scheduling HIGHLY desired
- Scheduling experience in software development implementations
- Ability to independently perform schedule risk analysis (i.e. Monte Carlo) and briefs results to leadership and clients.
- Federal program scheduling, implementing, and utilizing industry scheduling best practices and procedures in the federal government.

The likely salary range for this position is $83,336 – $125,004. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
