Position Summary
The Integrated Work Group Lead assists in promoting and executing the Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) program and Total Performance Management (TPM) methodology. As the IWG Lead, you will work cross-functionally with various teams within the factory to optimize productivity and prioritize safety by implementing training, coaching and continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead by example and step in to provide support and coverage as needed in the manufacturing process. In this role, you will conduct team audits, analyze processes and data, identify opportunities for improvement and share your recommendations.
- Ability to learn details of the systems and methodology within Total Performance Management (TPM) and become a subject matter expert
- Understand manufacturing losses and possess the ability to link losses to TPM Pillar methodology
- Manage execution of implementation plans and coordinate activities between Pillars and IWGs
- Train team members on Pillar and Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) concepts
- Understand quality standards and implement those standards in digital platforms
- Support and lead IWG team meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years working in a manufacturing, operations, military or related role
The approximate pay for this position is $35.62/hour. Please note that the pay provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
