Overview:
In this role you will be a member of the D365 ERP Implementation team supporting and enhancing our D365 deployment. This role will grow as we further develop and expand our D365 solution and integrated applications. You will be responsible for providing a world class level of technical and process knowledge to support issues as they arise, drive solution development, and deployment of enhancements enabling our users to gain value from our D365 solution.
Your Impact:
- Analyze technical integration schemas and process framework documentation to develop a comprehensive integration & reporting project plan as part of the larger D365 project plan.
- Work across functional areas and departments to translate current state artifacts, policies and procedures and process frameworks into IT strategies that can be referenced during build and test activities.
- Help structure and facilitate conversations through business process and value mapping.
- Evolve into a D365 IT subject matter expert, building capability to recommend changes without support from the vendor.
- Provide governance and oversight over build plans and activities.
- Work across the project to develop a GroupM deployment strategy and cutover plan including coordination of tasks related to environmental readiness, technical cutover, data conversion, integration readiness, end user readiness and resource scheduling.
- Monitor and report on status of the cutover plan.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics, Finance, Business Analytics or equivalent
- Must have 7+ yrs. experience designing and implementing ERP systems.
- Finance / Backoffice experience in the media / advertising industry
- Must have successfully completed at least one end to end delivery of D365.
- Proven experience at understanding/delivering change within a cross-functional and cross divisional complex organization.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, including model building, pivot tables and a working knowledge/ or understanding of business intelligence platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication and effective diagramming skills.
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex business problems into actionable decisions.
- Able to work autonomously and be comfortable with ambiguity.
- Able to effectively work in a highly matrixed organization, handling competing priorities and connecting the dots across

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $100,000 to $230,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
