Responsibilities
Seeking an Intelligence Analysis Manager, who will be responsible for the direct supervision of approximately 5-15 Analysts. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. The candidate will supervise, coordinate, and review the work of assigned staff.
If candidate is already on program, she/he will maintain Individual Contributor (IC) role. If candidate is not, then she/he would also need to be selected for an open IC role.
Qualifications
- TS/SCI w/Poly
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated strong customer and partner relationship building skills
- Must be able to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships, as well as handle complaints, settle disputes and resolve conflicts.
BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5

Target Salary Range
$104,000 – $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
