Responsibilities
Intelligence Analyst/Site Lead – Employee will work in a dual role. Employee will perform hands on Intelligence Analysis as well as take on Site Lead responsibilities.
Intelligence Analyst Responsibilities:
Experience Acting as first line “help desk” to resolve questions about the site application, establishing new application user accounts, coordinating with NGIC Enterprise Systems personnel to resolve any network or IT equipment problems that might impact users’ access to the tools, and reporting bugs or unexpected application behavior to the software engineers.
Providing customized database application reports, via Excel spreadsheets and for conducting the required research to support release of the data by an appropriate Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO).
Converting analysts’ assessments into graphical presentations such as templates, overlays, briefings, and reports using Maps, and Symbol Maker toolsets.
Creating new working copy databases and conducting the quality assurance checks required once the Government has determined a database is ready for release to the customer as outlined in the Quality Control Plan. The employee shall coordinate and assist NGIC ES, in the transfer of databases from the database application on JWICS to the database application on SIPRNET. The employee shall be responsible to ensure JWICS and SIPNET databases are in concert.
Maintaining SharePoint sites on JWICS and SIPRNET. SharePoint training will be provided by the Government. The employee shall be responsible for posting documents provided by the Executive Agent and creating new country page views and document libraries.
Be proficient (Proficient in the use of an OB database application is defined as having a minimum of two years’ experience using the application and the demonstrated ability to build a futures OB database in the OB application by creating units, and adding weapons systems, equipment and personnel to the unit) in the use of database.
Site Lead Responsibilities:
- Daily client interaction and customer support
- Resolving common issues
- Overseeing project team and overall contract
- Ensures all project tasks are completed according to the specified time frame and specifications.
- Responsible for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of a major program, or multiple programs, through subordinate program/project managers, in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Has supervisory and developmental responsibilities within a functional area.
- Manages one or more projects or programs, may manage an operating office and supervises professional and technical personnel performing in their customary disciplines.
- Maintains aggressive efforts to achieve objectives and acts as a technical liaison with vendors.
- Trains and supervises personnel. Assists in proposal process, when needed.
- Assists in developing Quality Assurance Programs for all products and services.
- May be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff.
- Assign staff and provide technical direction as necessary to complete task.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 10-12 years’ experience or Master’s Degree with 8-10 years’ experience or High School Diploma with minimum 10 years’ relevant experience. Military experienced is preferred.
- Must have extensive experience in leading and managing a program in a large Government or commercial entity is preferred.
- U.S. Citizenship required; must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Must have experience in leading a large team, and coordination of product delivery.
- Possess excellent communication skills (both written and oral), and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Experience of system(s) functions, security policies, technical security safeguards, and operational security measures is required.

Target Salary Range
$80,000 – $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
