Intelligence Management Specialist

Responsibilities

Working with subordinate management, responsible for planning, organizing and managing teams of analysts on a series of significant projects or a definable piece of a larger program for successful completion and performance consistent with contractual agreements. Directs all resources for the performance of project assignments and activities. Manages the intelligence design direction of a project through implementation and follow up in accordance with project objectives. Also responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned projects and for supporting new business development by leading or assisting with proposals. Projects managed are typically of significant complexity.

Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities. Activities include, but are not limited to, reviewing documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating or formatting; assisting with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings; preparing correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities; creating read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and building read ahead books or material for official functions and meetings; and providing cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support.

Qualifications

BS and 10-12 years of relevant experience, OR MS and 8-10 years of relevant experience, OR Phd and 5-7 years of relevant experience

Experience in managing experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments.

Experience in heading up one or more sections or a small department.

Exlpereince in planning, conducting and supervising assignments, generally involving larger and more important projects or multiple projects.

Experience in evaluating and determining changes in methods or procedures in assigned area of responsibility.

Experience in determines candidates for employment/termination, conducts performance evaluations and salary reviews for assigned staff and is responsible for the application of company policies.

Target Salary Range

$104,000 – $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
