As the Intelligent Services Administration Support you will join our Digital Services team that supports HVAC building management software packages. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that plays a pivotal role in how Trane pulls and manages data from equipment so that it can be properly maintained, ensuring optimal energy optimization and equipment reliability. This position is primarily responsible for processing orders and providing billing to support our Digital Service offerings.
What you will do:
- Data entry
- Corresponding with field offices by phone or email
- Tracking projects or service agreements in our billing system
- Enabling offers for customers
- Creating customers in Salesforce.com system
- Processing new orders, renewals, and cancellations across all Digital Services offerings
- Running reports and analyzing data within our subscription management system
- Documenting standard work
What we expect of you:
- 3 years professional experience in data entry or customer service role.
Ideally, you would also be familiar with one or more of the following:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (required)
- Experience with Salesforce.com (preferred, but not required)
- Detail oriented
- Fast learner
- Motivated
- Driven to improve processes

Base Compensation Range is $59,950 to $78,550.
