Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting operational elements as a desk analyst; providing research and analysis in furtherance of the objective to acquire intelligence; and using client-specific databases to conduct multiple layers of research and to write and coordinate guidance and official correspondence. Also responsible for applying advanced knowledge of intelligence priorities, authorities, trade craft, and operations for general case management and assessment of CI risk; objectively reviewing on-going and potential operations to identify solutions, technical tools and capabilities, and resources for advancing operational priorities, campaigns, initiatives, and activities; and coordinating U.S. Government and partner efforts.
Must have personal integrity; exhibit initiative, creativity, and flexibility; apply interpersonal, communications, and problem-solving skills; and demonstrate ability to collaborate, build a network of IC relationships, and continually learn.
Qualifications
Bachelors of Science or Bachelors of Arts – from an accredited college or university – with 12 years of relevant professional experience -OR- High School Diploma and 16 years of relevant professional work experience (within the sponsor’s organization or other relevant Intel Community organization) in lieu of degree.
- IC experience
- Must have a current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Ability to deal effectively, comfortably, and confidently with people at all levels of responsibility, authority, and rank
- Knowledge of operational lifecycles and project management and facilitation skills
- Understanding of the Intelligence Community, their partners, and supporting/driving intelligence operational activities.

Range for Posting
Salary Minimum: $72,500
Salary Mid: $145,000
Salary Maximum: $181,300
The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton’s total compensation package for employees.
