A leading architectural and design firm that specializes in corporate interiors and industrial warehouse buildings is seeking a talented Interiors Project Manager to join their team in Newport Beach, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects and overseeing the production of architectural drawings on Revit. The firm is looking for candidates that have at least 3 years of experience in commercial interior design, with knowledge of material selection and specifications and strong interpersonal skills.

Pay Range: $90,000 – $120,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple projects, focusing on corporate/industrial interiors
- Communicate and collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Demonstrate expertise in commercial interiors, including office spaces, restrooms, kitchens, and conference rooms
- Handle project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion
- Conduct site visits as necessary, including travel to project sites in various locations
- Create architectural drawings and production using Revit
- Collaborate with job captains and other team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, deadlines, and client satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in interior design
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in commercial interior design, with a focus on corporate/industrial interiors
- Proficiency in Revit is required and Autocad is preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial interior materials and specifications
- Experience with industrial architecture is preferred
- Ability to develop conceptual designs and select materials is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients professionally
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines
