BASIC FUNCTIONS
• Reports to Chief Information Security Officer
• Assists with troubleshooting and maintenance of internal network
• Work up to 20 hours per week – flexible schedule during business hours
• Looking for a 4-6 month commitment
JOB DUTIES:
• Review configurations and upgrade as needed
• Format and/or maintain desktop computers as appropriate
• Review and maintenance of network and environment documentation
• Assist with the onboarding of new users
KNOWLEDGE/ SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently or within a team
• Self-motivated and ability to stay focused in fast-paced, demanding environment
• Proven; attention to detail, flexibility, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
• Ideally working towards a Bachelor’s or Technical Degree in a relate field.
• Currently working toward industry certifications.
Nonexempt position $15/hour paid through third -party payroll agency with taxes withheld
Must be at least 18 years old and able to work from the company headquarters in Wilmington, NC
