SWA/Balsley is a New York City-based design firm that specializes in urban landscape architecture in both the public and private realms. The firm’s diverse portfolio in New York and around the world includes award-winning landscapes of all scales, including parks, plazas, streetscapes and waterfronts.
We are offering two full-time paid internship positions from the beginning of January to end of June 2024 to students with outstanding design, graphics and technical skills, and exemplary written and verbal communication skills. Candidates should have strong design and graphics abilities and/or experience in technical documentation.
Our studio environment offers interns an opportunity to interact directly with Tom Balsley, the 2015 recipient of the prestigious ASLA Design Medal, and a team of skilled and creative designers at SWA/Balsley and SWA Group.
