JOB DETAILS

Base pay starts at $21.00 per hour

Day Shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs daily as Inventory Control Coordinator
  • Communicates and updates daily with manufacturing and leadership teams
  • Instrumental in monthly inventory reconciliation and bi-annual physical inventory
  • Good communication with team, supervisor and management
  • Responsible for monitoring and ordering materials to meet sales and transfer order requirements
  • Responsible for recording and reporting production data/run reports
  • Daily clearing of negative on hand reports and other inventory reports
  • Enter material substitutions
  • Receive purchase orders
  • Create purchase order requisitions to meet order demands
  • Create and process transfer orders for materials requested from other plants
  • Fill in Excel spreadsheets used to track inventory and usage
  • Communicate with personnel at other plants to coordinate paperwork and communicate material needs
  • Run and audit weekly production and scrap reports
  • Enter/track reject coil claims
  • Take quarterly physical inventories & Perform Cycle counts
  • Various other inventory support duties including scanning, mailing, and filing as needed

  • Experience in production and inventory control preferred
  • Oracle experience preferred

  • High attention to detail
