Job Description

Pay Range $20.20 to $23.80 per hour.

Purpose of Position:

This position is to ensure data processing including, tracking and processing all customer invoices, BOL for each outside cold location daily. Will invoice all complete shipments using the correct product code, pack date, and weights. Send new orders via EDI and E-mail to all locations multiple times a day. Will complete all receiving from Foster Farms to 3 party receipts – verifying quantity and inventory status. Checking open orders that are/were scheduled to ship and have not been received from 3rd party location. Updating and revising orders daily for allocations and moves to other shipping points and shortages. Processing shipments for all internal stock transport orders between OCS and Foster Farms locations.

Essential Job Functions:

Process all inbound product moves by warehouses assigned to this position, outbound sales orders scheduled to ensure Foster Farms receives the necessary information to accurately and timely invoice our customers for payment.

Report system issues to the supervisor daily, track and report on issues for any inventory, receipts or shipments that are not correctly received from the 3rd party locations to the supervisor daily. This will also include any EWM or ECC posting issues.

Reporting inventory issue to the supervisor daily will match all shipping to customers and transfer between plants by product and pack date, if the pack dates received from the 3rd party location do not match our system, contact the supervisor for further instructions.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Must have high school diploma and have three-five years’ experience in a Customer Service environment

Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, SAP, BW, R/3 & EWM and 10 Key by touch

Must be willing to work flexible scheduled, including early mornings, late evenings and Saturdays.

Ability to work independently, have the ability to interface comfortably with customers/internal departments and have the ability to work efficiently and meet the volume requirements of the position.

Accurate and detail oriented and be self-motivated and goal oriented

Preferred Requirements:

Three -five years shipping and receiving experience

Physical Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation.

Must be able to have consistent attendance.

Must be able to sit for long periods of time.

Must be able to work on the computer for long periods of time
