Job Summary
Cognizant is looking for an experienced top-notch Native iOS Lead Developer to grow with our dev team! You will be involved from conception to completion with projects that are technologically sound and aesthetically impressive. An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative team. Someone who values the “team” and improves the opinions and expertise of their teammates to deliver quality.

Location: One Sansome Street, San Francisco, CA 94104
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client Product Manager (who will provide Epics/Features), to understand requirements
- Build solution design and technical stories/tasks for an offshore team – estimate feature/epics, identify dependencies to work with client Product Manager
- Coordinate with clients in PST and India offshore devs for delivery.
- Can take ownership of tech delivery and alignment with Product management by working with client (in PST) and offshore team (India)
- Has good communication, client management, and team leadership experience demonstrates good Emotional Intelligence
Required Qualifications:
- iOS Lead/Architect who has 10 years of dev/design experience (iOS)
- should be a hands-on architect (arch as well as hands-on), although might not do much coding.
- can lead offshore dev pod (they will be the only tech onshore to coordinate/deliver through offshore dev team of 5
- Required Skills Technical Skills iOS Domain Skills
- Nice to have, MongoDB, Python, and AWS Domain Skills
- Technology Mobile Solutions
- Wish onsite Lead should be able to take the lead on IOS/Android, React, and Python
The Salary rate for this position is between $137K – 193K, depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
