McCullough Law is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant to join our fast-growing company and provide exceptional, elevated service to ensure client goals and objectives are met. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with and assist the McCullough Law team
- Prepare finalized legal documents execution (review final documents, tab documents for signatures and notarization, assemble binders, and mail as applicable)
- Ensure all estate plans and legal documents are in accordance with our standard of quality
- Input client and estate information to electronic files for firm-wide use
- Scan, save, rename, and audit legal documents and meeting notes
- Maintain a comprehensive and accurate history of client information and the client lifecycle
- Thoroughly follow task procedures and meets multiple deadlines at one time
- Perform all other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- 2 years of professional experience in the legal, finance, healthcare, or business field required
- High attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Manage work with outstanding organization and time-management
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and implement feedback
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- CRM experience preferred
- Must have professional appearance and demeanor
- Applicants must be available to work onsite, Monday – Friday 8:25 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
