As an End User Support Specialist, you will provide in person and remote technical support for hardware and systems by problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up in a Windows/Microsoft centric environment. This position is in office from Mon – Fri, 8am to 5pm.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience troubleshooting in a corporate environment
- Strong working knowledge of PCs, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, MS-DOS/PowerShell, communications software, virus protection, and diagnostic software.
- Ticketing system experience (Zen Desk, Fresh Desk, ServiceNow, Jira, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience following a basic troubleshooting plan: awareness, confirmation, identification, and resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Use Fresh Desk ticketing system to resolve 350 tickets per month
- Apply critical thinking and analytical skills! We don’t expect you to know everything but we are looking for someone who can methodically breakdown a problem and solve it by following a clear process
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve Windows 10 and Office 365 in a network environment
- Balance incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance
- Assist with the development of training materials and department SOPs
- Install personal computers, software, and peripheral equipment
Salary
- $55,000-$80,000/yr based on education and experience level.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree:Computer Science or related field is highly preferred
Licenses & Certifications:
- CompTIA certifications are a plus
