Job Description:

As an IT Integration Specialist at Tilebar, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth integration of various IT systems, applications, and data across our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain integration solutions that enhance our operational efficiency and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Integration Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive IT integration strategy aligned with the organization’s objectives.
  2. Solution Design: Design integration solutions that enable data flow between different systems, including ERP, CRM, third-party applications, and databases.
  3. Development and Configuration: Develop, configure, and customize integration workflows, scripts, and APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange.
  4. Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the reliability, security, and accuracy of integration solutions, addressing any issues or anomalies.
  5. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, configurations, and best practices.
  6. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve integration-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions to business operations.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with IT teams, business analysts, and external vendors to gather requirements and implement integration solutions.
  8. Security: Implement security measures and protocols to protect data integrity and confidentiality during integration processes.
  9. Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor integration performance, identify areas for improvement and optimize integration workflows for efficiency and scalability.
  10. Training: Provide training and support to end-users and team members on the proper use of integrated systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in IT integration, with a track record of successfully implementing integration solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of integration technologies, such as APIs, ETL, middleware, and data transformation tools.
  • Experience with SmartConnect middleware
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000 per year. Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
