We are looking for a great human to supplement our small but committed and energized team that covers technology operations, support, cyber security and risk. The right candidate will quickly become an integral part of UpGuard’s family, enjoying daily interactions with our US and international workforce through support duties, while being able to focus much of the time on achieving automations and enhancements in enterprise and departmental IT.

What will you do in the role?
- Enterprise IT service health (10%) – Rostered daily / weekly / periodic IT operations and security checklists
- Complete checks, identify issues, troubleshoot and document fixes
- Generate and define follow-up tasks for complex fixes and strategic remediation
- General IT Support (50%) – Monitor the IT Support queue closely when rostered and opportunistically at other times
- Proactively take IT Support tasks from the queue
- Prioritize assigned tasks appropriately, reaching out to agree due dates with requesters for longer-life tasks
- Project work (40%) – In time, with increased knowledge of UpGuard’s business, propose improvements and execution plans to IT Operations Manager and CISO
What you’ll bring with you:
- Modern system administration

- Experience in supporting laptop fleets
The ideal candidate will have experience of:
- Okta – including SAML, OIDC, SCIM, group rules and flow configuration
- Kandji MDM for MacBook management
- Google admin for Google Workspace, ChromeOS and Chrome browser management
- Zapier low-code integration configuration
- Some analytical aptitude – manipulating data in Google Sheets
$85,000 – $90,000 a year
